1. 23点以后入睡
我国传统医学认为,晚上23点~1点,人们适合处于睡眠状态;凌晨1点~3点,这时候人们需要处于熟睡状态;而早上3点~5点,同样需要处于熟睡状态;到了5点~7点,大肠经活跃,是适合起床的时间。
也就是说,传统医学看来,每天在23点以后入睡可以算作熬夜。
2. 不规律的睡眠周期
有些人每天都在23点以后入睡,上午自然醒,拥有足够的7~8个小时睡眠时长,体内的生物钟逐渐适应之后,就不算是熬夜了,只能说是晚睡。但若是有时10点睡,有时12点睡,有时睡5小时,有时睡10小时,生物钟不规律,会导致内分泌紊乱,这就算是熬夜了。
3. 长期睡眠时长不足
有些人虽然每天规律睡觉,但晚上很晚睡,早上却起得早,每天只睡五六个小时,这也算熬夜。
专家表示,如果一周内睡眠时间低于35小时,那么不管每天几点睡,都属于熬夜。
另外,长期的慢性睡眠不足,比急性的通宵熬夜更严重。《美国国家科学院院刊》上发表的一项研究表明:持续一周每晚睡眠不足6小时,身体内就会有700多个基因发生改变!
